ABOUT THE EXHIBIT:

Art and Science are seen as two opposite parts of life but can we find how they connect? Is it a close up photo of something under a microscope or maybe a painting of the human nervous system resembling a tree’s root system. This year we want to see how the elements of life connect and can be expressed through artistic mediums. We ask all artists to write a description on how your artwork relates to the theme.

ARTWORK ACCEPTED: 

  • We are accepting 1-2 works per artist. 
  • 2D framed work and 3D work will be accepted.
  • 2D work - maximum framed dimension 48” in the longest direction including frame.
  • 3D work - 3D work must not exceed 32”H and fit within a 24” footprint to display securely on gallery
    pedestals. If you have larger floor standing 3D work, please call the gallery to discuss.
    All work must be created within the last 5 years and not shown at the Levy Gallery for 2 years.
  • All artists exhibiting online or at any NHAA in person venues must adhere to our PRESENTATION AND FRAMING GUIDELINES Click here and NHAA EXHIBIT AGREEMENT Click here.


  • By entering submissions on ArtCall the artist agrees to follow the NHAA Framing Guidelines and further agrees to the NHAA Exhibition Agreement which governs the rights and obligations of the artist and the NHAA. Both documents can be found on the NHAA website (public portion) under the NHAA Exhibits and Events: at https://www.nhartassociation.org/

OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, May. 5, 5-8 p.m.
DROP-OFF SUBMISSIONS: Sun., Apr. 30 4 p.m.-6 p.m. and Mon., May. 1, 2023 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
PICK-UP SUBMISSIONS: Sun. May. 28, 4 p.m.-6 p.m. and Mon. May. 30, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
 

ENTRY FEE: $12 for up to 1 pieces / $22 for up to 2 pieces  (to be paid via the prospectus or at the time of drop-off).
